Common Problems:

Q1 : How many test code can be opened in control panel ? 
A1 : Usually how many yearly code been purchased, how many test code can be opened. Or the panel will be automatic locked. 

Q2 : Can I delete the code? 
A2 : NO! NO! NO! 
As yearly code have spent credits , So You can’t delete the code if not expired. Or the code will Invalid .  == You can change the password . 

Q3 : My credits are used up, how do I get more Credits?
A3 : If you need more credits. Just buy it again, we will add Credits Into your Panel Directly.

Q4 : Will the panel expire after a period of time? Will the account in the panel expire?

A4 : The panel will not expire, you can use it permanently. 
The accounts generated in the panel have expiration dates. But unused credit does not expire.

With the panel, you don't have to worry about account expiration when you buy multiple accounts at once. You can use credits to generate accounts when you need them.

Q5 : Can different lines be added to the same panel? For example, if I buy 10 6lines the first time and 10 8lines the second time, will they be added to the same panel?

A5 : No. different lines belong to different panels.

They will not be added to the same panel, we will send you two panels.

Q6 : Can 1Year and 2Year accounts be added to the same panel?

A6 :  No. They belong to different panels.

If you need to add credits into your 1 year panel, please just choose 1 year package optional.

Q7 : How to use the CCCAM Panel?

A7 : Please add account as the picture.

( 1Year = 6 Credits, 2Year = 12 Credits )

( 1 Year = 6 credits, if you order 10pcs, so the credits of panel will include 60 credits defaultly )

once you add or edit any account.
at last you must click "Active CCcam"  for the modification to take effect
else your cccam will not work.
